Bio: After 20 years working as a Corporate Financial Analyst, I decided to follow my passion of entertaining and cooking for others. I put myself through Culinary School and Graduated at the top of my class in 2009. I then worked as an Event Chef for a large catering company here in San Diego, CA., and started my own Personal and Private Chef Business in 2011. I am a people person with a positive, energetic and professional personality, and I am passionate about cooking for and helping others. I have been afforded the opportunity to cook for many diverse clientele. With menu planning being one of my favorite aspects of the job, I greatly enjoy designing customized menus for my clients based around their individual needs. My style of cooking is based around traditional and authentic global cuisine with a modern and inventive approach, using fresh, healthy and seasonal ingredients. Due to the vast amount of unique and special preferences, requests, and dietary needs that my clients have, it is imperative that I remain flexible, open-minded and well-versed on all of the many cuisine types out there today. I work very closely with each client to ensure that they are completely taken care of and are more than satisfied with the delicious food that I prepare for them and the top quality customer service that they receive.
